Dr. Richard M. Payne, DVM, AVCA
Veterinarian
Dr. Payne graduated from Cornell University in 1979 followed by a one-year internship at the Western College of Veterinary Medicine in Saskatoon. After graduation and internship, he worked one year with Dr. Clark in Portville. Dr. Payne is interested in Complementary Medicine and has been certified in Animal Chiropractics since 1992 and is also certified in acupuncture. In his spare time, he spends time around his farm and riding his horses Bubba and Roman.
Dr. Tane L. Wiseman, DVM
Veterinarian
1997 Graduate Ross University, New York/St. Kitts, West Indies. Special interests include Feline Medicine. Membership includes the American Association of Feline Practitioners, Cornell Feline Health Center. Tane lives with her 6 cats and Tia her dog with whom she participates in obedience and agility.
Dr. Jennie Dahar, DVM
Veterinarian
Dr. Dahar was born in Olean and grew up in Hinsdale, NY. She worked at Haskell Valley Veterinary Clinic throughout her high school and undergraduate career as a veterinary assistant for 6 years. After attending S. Bonaventure Univ., majoring in Biochemistry, she pursued her veterinary degree at Cornell University graduating in 2013. She immediately began working at Haskell Valley Veterinary Clinic.
Dr. Amy Hill, DVM
Veterinarian
Dr. Hill is a 2016 graduate of the Ontario Veterinary College. After starting her career in a 24 hour hospital North of Toronto, she moved to Ireland where she lived and worked for 7 years. While there she worked as a day vet, an emergency overnight vet, and a mentor for new vets in the hospital. Amy has a passion for helping pets and owners in need and her career path has reflected this. She is looking forward to providing care to clients at Haskell Valley.
Suzanne P., LVT, CVPM, MBA
Management
Suzanne Payne joined the practice in 1982 after graduating in 1980 from Delhi Ag and Tech with AAS. In 2007 St Bonaventure MBA and somewhere in between a BS in business management from Empire State. Sue also holds a CVPM which is a Certified Veterinary Practice manager. Sue spearheaded the creation of our satellite clinic in Bradford and manages growth and expansion projects as well as day to day management at Haskell Valley Vet Clinic. When not at the clinic Sue can be found running her bnb and farm wedding venue.
Christina A.
Licensed Veterinary Technician
Christina Abbott, CVT, LVT is a 2010 graduate of the Vet Tech Institute of Pittsburgh. She completed her internship hours at Haskell Valley before working in shelter medicine. In 2014, Christina joined the Bradford Pet Stop as a full time veterinary technician. In 2019, she moved back to Pittsburgh and worked at Pittsburgh Veterinary Specialty and Emergency Center as an Emergency and Critical Care Veterinary Technician, spending most of her time with ICU patients. Christina rejoined us at Haskell Valley as a full time veterinary technician in September of 2020 while also working at Orchard Park Veterinary Medical Center as a per diem veterinary technician working in the Emergency and Critical Care Unit.
In her spare time, Christina cheers for her 3 kids’ sports teams, loves to travel, and takes her 5 rescue dogs on hikes at Allegany State Park. Her dream is to eventually move to Hawaii with her husband and work with Sea Turtle and Marine life rehabilitation efforts.

Rocheal R.

Rochael Roulo has been with us since 2011 as a Kennel Assistant and Roomer.
In her spare time, Rochael enjoys gardening, spending time with her horses and raising her chickens. She has two thoroughbred horses named Chacha and Pie, along with several rescued cats.

Jada is a room assistant helping Doctors with medical records and patient care. She also has a Bachelors degree in Biology from Geneseo.
